CCD ANNOUNCEMENT – 1 August 2021

The CCD Ministry is pleased to announce that registration for online faith formation classes for Intake Year 2021-2022
Grade 2-7 and Confirmation classes will be open from August 1 - 31, 2021

-------------------------------------------------------

Catechism sessions will be conducted online via Zoom for most of the time and we seek parents’ and students’ cooperation to make the most of remote learning.  The Catechists will send the video-based lectures or assignments beforehand and students must complete these at home prior to attending the online classes on Tuesdays or Thursdays. These classes will mainly be used for class discussions and reflections on the material provided.

In tandem with registration for students, the CCD Ministry is also actively recruiting parents to join our team of catechists.  Each year, with expatriate families moving away from Singapore or mothers re-joining the workforce, our team of catechists is always changing. We therefore would like to invite old and new CCD parents to seriously consider becoming a catechist for the next term. We will help train parents to conduct the online sessions and will provide access to digital and analogue resources for lessons.

Since CCD is entirely run by volunteers, our classes are contingent on the availability of catechists. We seek parents’ understanding that should we be unable to recruit catechists, we may have to cancel some classes.

We thank all CCD families for their continued support of our faith formation program for international school children.  Should you have questions, please drop us an email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

CCD is run entirely by the support of volunteers. Volunteers and catechists make the program happen! If you have a calling to serve in this ministry as a:
