P6 TO S1 RE-REGISTRATION EXERCISE
The Annual Re-registration Exercise for Primary Six children moving to the Secondary One level of the Weekend Catechetical Programme has started. An email has been sent out to Parents of this cohort. Please note that the re-registration is COMPULSORY and has to be done by November 30, 2021, after which the registration will be open to those new to the program. Number of spaces are limited so do hurry.
S2 TO S3 COMBINED SESSION
An email has also been sent to parents of this cohort to inform them that there will be only ONE combined session on Sundays, 9.45am to 11.45am. We hope all the Secondary Two teens currently in our program would be able to continue with this new timing. Should they be unable to, please make alternative arrangement to continue on their faith journey.
PRIMARY 1 REGISTRATION
The 2022 Primary One Registration for the Weekend Catechetical Programme for children born in 2015 will start on November 8, 2021. Deadline for registration is December 31, 2021.

All late applicants after the closing date will be put on waitlist and will only be placed in our programme subject to availability, at our discretion.

IMPORTANT NOTES
Primary One Registration:
For registrations received within the on-line enrolment period, the priority for allocation of spaces in the following order:
• siblings already in the programme and children of Catechists/catechetical volunteers
• transferring from other parish catechetical programmes (i.e. LLTOG/CGS)
• living within parish boundaries
• registered parishioners
• transfers from other parishes
New registrations (other levels):
Applications will be placed only if spaces are available on the specific day/levels in accordance with the same priority sequence above.
You shall be notified of the status of your applications by mid January 2021.
If spaces are oversubscribed on your preferred session day/level, your child will be placed in another time-slot, subject to availability – or placed on wait-list, if no spaces are available.
Late applications:
Applications received after the closing date will be placed on wait-list and placement will be allocated in the same priority secuence as above – if/when spaces become available.
Transfers

Placements will be subject to availability of spaces and the particular merits of the request on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of the Catechetical Office.
Please note that we are currently full on most of our Saturday 4.00pm sessions and if you request for a transfer to this time-slot, we can only place you on the waitlist until spaces become available - either by families moving to Saturday 1.30pm or withdrawing from the programme.
